Des

The Human Resource Management Office (HRMO) of Notre Dame University is a vital administrative unit responsible for managing and developing the University’s human capital. The office supports the University’s mission by ensuring that faculty and staff are treated with fairness, professionalism, and respect, while promoting efficiency and excellence in all human resource practices.

The HRMO serves teaching and non-teaching personnel by providing services related to employment, personnel records, employee welfare, and professional development. Through effective human resource policies and programs, the office contributes to a productive, ethical, and values-oriented academic community.

  • Employee relations and workplace concerns management

  • Development and implementation of human resource policies

  • Coordination of training, seminars, and professional development activities

  • Compliance with labor laws, institutional policies, and accreditation requirements
