From start to finish, the Student Research Forum demonstrated the depth, diversity, and social relevance of student research at Notre Dame University. The papers and posters collectively addressed health literacy, educational equity, worker welfare, SME resilience, political socialization, technological innovation, environmental sustainability, ethical governance, and psychosocial support, showing how young researchers are engaging with the complex realities of Cotabato City, the Bangsamoro region, and the wider Philippines.
More than a showcase of outputs, the forum served as aย training ground for future scholars, professionals, and leadersโa space where students learn to combineย rigorous methods, critical thinking, and compassionย in the service of community. As the university continues to nurture this culture of inquiry, the research presented at this yearโs festival stands as a strong indication that NDUโs student researchers are ready to contribute thoughtfully toย local development, national conversations, and global knowledge, guided by bothย academic excellence and a clear sense of mission.
